This may involve selling one's own items, even, in game to ensure that loan is paid on time.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: If I may get into a bit of fluff I feel I need to dig into before I hit the real writing, let me just say, please go ahead and leave this appeal at the bottom of the barrel for however long - there are some users currently wishing to be unbanned that have much better appeals and are all around better people than me. I can see THCOOL has one up as well as a few others (sorry for not remembering when I saw) and they should be addressed before or at least with me in terms of time and prioritization. Alright, let me do a brief introduction into what I want to talk about here, because this appeal is going to be, like, an A- to say the least. So, what I first wanted to talk about is the event itself and why it occurred. To be 100% honest here - something I am trying to get accustomed to - this was my fault, but it was rather in neglect than in purposeful scamming. Barely do I know the user in which I owe this money nor do I let alone remember taking this money out. Not to discredit the user, it is definitely on my end here to make sure I can log all of my loans - which I had taken a lot out of at the time. I had just stopped caring for a time about the server and just kind of died off. This is what caused pokemaster's concern undoubtably as he/she had a loan out with me at the time and wanted to make sure that money made a return ASAP due to the risk at the time of not getting it back - perfect reason for the complaint on me, which I was too inactive to log on to the forums and even see at the time because of some real life priorities like school, etc. Bottom line is about that is that this is not an intentional screw-over from me to the user as I have no issues with the user in question, but I would be glad to repay that as soon as or if I am getting unbanned. Now let's dig into the real stuff. My sincerest apologies to Pokemaster as it is my own fault for not having the money on time. I had real life circumstances to deal with and had left ECC in the dumps for a bit while I caught up on the first semester of grade 10, which I ended up doing shit in anyways, haha. But, to elaborate a little, it was a rough late 2015 for me with a serious workload in my life and I guarantee if I had the time and the energy at the point of required payback it'd be in your balance right this minute. But, obviously this is not the case, and here's what I can do about it if I can get that unban. It's been like, at least 3 and a half months since I got banned, unless I'm losing my mind, which I likely am anyways. With this much time to think about it, I've surprisingly thought very little about my next attempt to get unbanned. See, if you're a new player reading this right now, I'm known to get banned, like, at least 45 times a week WHICH does not make you cool, nor popular, nor rich in game. I do not recommend it, which is why I am no longer preaching it. I won't be a very active player on ECC if unbanned once the loan is paid back in full to the user scammed due to the fact that I have decreased interest, however, it would be splendid to pop in every now and then to see how all of my friends are doing on my favourite server. So, upon the event in which the staff team is a DOLL and my unban does occur, I can guarantee me never getting banned again (obviously unless I'm falsely judged and banned while innocent - not saying that will be a future situation, but if it is, I swear I'm a bloody psychic) as well as never scamming, or doing any of this bad stuff. I'm also going to pay back that 50k and try and get back into a semi active swing in the server. For these reasons as well as my general warm personality, I think it is a reasonable plead for mercy from ECC staff to flick that padlock off my letter T's at least so I can get this loan paid and not look like a jerk. That's not how I keep friends. But seriously, I can change all this stuff I've said I'd change before because I'm not a stupid 13 year old kid anymore, I'm 15 guys... big difference. So, I feel that this should be a sufficient reason to be unbanned. Take a look at the Guns N Roses reunion tour for example. Picture me as Axl Rose for a second, if you will. He was HUGELY popular back in the day, and he took some time off because of some troubles with peers. But now, he's back at it again! And he's older now, but he's still cool. So, I'll be an old Axl Rose on the server. I promise I won't soprano in teamspeak, I'll pay my loans and be a changed man. Pinky swear! -Turt <3
