Which of ECC's services are you banned on? [Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server.

Reason of Ban: Breach of Contract.

Rule violated: Upholding of contract.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: I was supposed to comply with the terms/deals set out by a contract. However, I was not able to pay back the required amount of money via payment plan (reason for breach of contract)

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: To be completely honest, I don't feel as if I deserve to be unbanned; what I did to the user whom I inadvertently scammed was horrible. I feel awful for not repaying him for his star tool, and I just wish there would have been something I could have done. I'm not going to make any excuses - it was completely my fault, and I feel absolutely detestable for it. It was very, very unfortunate timing on my part; I had just started a new, very difficult curriculum in schooling, shortly after making the contract, so I should have had the vision to realize that I wasn't going to have the time to pay it off during said curriculum. Like I said: completely my fault. I know it is a stretch asking to be unbanned, but I love the server so much so I reckoned it was worth a shot. I know what I did was extremely intolerable, and I send my dearest condolences to Timmychoi. However, after such a long time away from ECC, I realized how much the server means to me, and how badly I wish to join again. I know that if I am to be unbanned, I must have the mindset of a visionary, diligent player with no intentions (deliberate or inadvertent) of scam of any sort. I know I can prove that I am worthy of another chance on the server. Again, I understand fully if the staff team does not wish to see me back on the server, but I would be more than gratified if they were to show sympathy and grant me a final chance.

@Nicit6 I mean, I have no tools or funds available at the moment, but I will try my best to generate as much possible revenue that I can.

 

Plus, I have a job now, so selling donations is always an option for me too!

 

Eh, I have a few big events coming up in which I will be out of town for over a week, so maybe 5 months would be better. If that is possible! If not, I'll have to make do with the time I have

@Nicit6 I know you're busy with 1,000,000 other important things by keeping the server running smoothly, but if I could get some sort of ETA of my unbanning (or conformation that I will be unbanned AT ALL for the matter), it would be really helpful! I have a big retreat coming up and I'm going out of state for a week, so I would like to start getting some money before that, if possible! Again, sorry - I know you're busy with other more important things, but if you get the chance, it would mean a great deal to me if you could give a little bit of insight! thanks

 

@Nicit6 No worries! And about the previous debt - I did, but the player whom I was to repay was never online, so I decided to buy a star tool on payment plan as an investment with the money I had started making. I had a very large amount of minerals and tools and other valuable assets, but I have no idea if I will still be in possession of them if I return to the server.
