Don't think the tickets themselves are sellable. If anything, you would need to make a contract with someone with terms stating that if they win the spawn town, you get it.
Just gonna point out here that the raffle tickets aren't sellable/transferrable. I don't wanna have to deal with keeping track of that. You win/earn tickets, they go under your name. Nor will I condone with buying "rights" to people's Town Claims, that along with tools is intentionally capped. It is feasible to contract a sale of the town after claim/placement, should you win one of them in the raffle. This was done a few times in 2018 if you wanna look up the contracts. Its also feasible to potentially contract services in game contests to get your name as a winner for those tickets. I.e hire a Skyblock veteran to help you place top 10 for the end of the month, or if we do more VMR contests, hire someone to get you in the ticket earning placings etc. Buy Star/God tools from those who have lots and are capped out as well and turn them in for yourself, that is another idea. Just some thoughts.
