There are signs around the base saying if you come in this area without permission, you are agreeing to be complained on.

After speaking with both jacob03082000 and Revanrose6 about the problem at hand, I can see that there were requests for him to leave the town. I have warned the user about not leaving the town when asked to do so. If he continues to come into the town after being instructed to stay out of the town, please post another complaint with provided evidence so we may solve this problem if it gets worse. As for xX3PICREBELXx being in the area, that screenshots shows no proof of him being there at all. User has been warned. Locked.
