Felon Username Jimmyz0811 Complaint So on sunday, JimmyZ0811 rented my eff7 pickaxe for an hour, for 5k. About 40 mins into the hour, he logged off. When i mailed him the next day asking where the pick was, he replied by saying that he had broken it. Later that day, icondigi informed me that he was trying to sell it when I wasn't online. Tonight, TheKDshowz_Kevin pmd me telling me that jimmy had sold him the pick for 50k per week. If he could back me up it would be SPLENDID. also, Kevin noted that jimmyz owed his friend Joshy2019187 300k, so he sold my pick to try and earn that back.
Jobin_Whiffer1, have you got any evidence of you actually giving jimmyz the pick? Or any in-game agreement between you two?
not atm. I took a screenshot of the agreement, but on the mac it doesnt save unless you open and save it I am awaiting a mail back from him admitting that he sold/broke it. But the contract shows that we did have an agreement. If its possible, you can check his pay logs and you will see that he payed me the 5k
By the way, Yes, I agree that this happened. Jimmy sold the pick to me and trevalynfar was there to see the trade between me and Jimmy. I suggest also i check Jimmy's pay logs to see if he paid it or not.
I will be leaving this complaint open for 24 hours to allow time for evidence to be provided that proves the agreement between you two, and proof of payment of the eff7 pick to jimmyz. In the case that this information isn't provided than this complaint will need to be locked and discarded due to lack of evidence. 24 hours given to provide more evidence.
Joseph, I don't want to pay a user 50k/week where it wasn't even his pick. Can't the GAs' just check the logs?
Jimmyz , pmed me yesterday asking me if I would like to buy an eff 7 pickaxe , I said "isn't that jobins pick" and he than logged offline.
Okay, here we go. 4 hours before Jimmy sold his pickaxe to me, joshy pm'd me that Jimmy is selling his pickaxe. Jobin rented it out to Jimmy for an hour. Joshy said Jimmy is selling HIS. Joshy knew the part of this whole situation. He was committing himself to the scam as far as I can predict. I might be wrong, but I might be right. Believe it or not to anyone who reads this. Your choice.
JimmyZ0811 has been banned for breach of contract in failing to return the eff 7 pick in the agreed upon hour. TheKDshowz_Kevin I will require you to return that pick to Jobin_Whiffer1 at your earliest convenience. If you cannot find Jobin online at the same time, you can turn over the pick to myself and I will ensure it makes its way back to him. Locked.
