I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Add @haydensch to the /own of the eff7 in mention (id# II4XX63F) within 24 hours of contract approval. Create one trade sign near -3570 78 -4586 (legacy) selling 14 glass for 100k per block. Not to change said trade sign, add glass to it, or render it inaccessible to @haydensch The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Buy a minimum of 1 glass per 7 days after own is transferred to @haydensch and eff7 is received by @haydensch Should a payment be late (effective at midnight the day after payment is due) an additional 50k needs to be arranged by @haydensch Should a payment be two weeks past due (14 days); the eff7's /own must be transferred back to @CrazySwagMaster1 without any refund to @haydensch when this is done any currently past-due 100k charges, and 50k late fees, must still be paid, but no payments will be charged to @haydensch that are not yet due. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
