IGN: @sick24 Users Involved in this Contract: @TheZombieMuffin General Purpose of Contract: Sale of a melon sword on a payment plan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @sick24 agrees to provide an Efficiency 5, Silk Touch 1 diamond sword (with the ID of #IASZZK0K) to @TheZombieMuffin via a locked chest near "/warp serabrisa." @sick24 also agrees to provide signs for payment to be collected. These signs will also be located near "/warp serabrisa" at the following coords in Rising: -10972, 88, 1674. @sick24 agrees to give a 1k discount to @TheZombieMuffin for every day the entire 1.1M EcoDollar payment is fully completed (i.e. if the sword is fully paid off by August 24th at 11:59PM CST, @sick24 will pay @TheZombieMuffin 2,000 EcoDollars for being 2 days early.) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @TheZombieMuffin agrees to pay @sick24 100,000 EcoDollars per week for 11 weeks, with the first payment due Friday June, 17th by 11:59PM CST. All payments will be due by Friday at 11:59PM CST. All 1,100,000 EcoDollars must be paid to @sick24 by August 26, 2016. @TheZombieMuffin agrees that @sick24 will maintain ownership until 50% (550,000 ECD) of the sword is paid off, at which time ownership will transfer to @TheZombieMuffin within 72 hours of the 550,000 being paid. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hello guys before i can approve this contract a few things need to be changed. Please state the id of the sword Please provide coords for the said signs Please word this in a way that is understandable, we don't get what this clause is about. Please put a timeframe such as "within 24 hrs of 550k being paid" for the echange of ownership. After these changes have been done @TheZombieMuffin will have to re-agree. @sick24
