General Purpose of Contract:
Transferring Temporary ownership of Market Station65

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I @Mission001 agrees to hold Ownership of Station65 for @chargers2417 for up to 2 years from this contract approval.
• I @Mission001 agree to pay 100% of the rent for Station65 for the duration of his tenure as Owner of Station65
• I @Mission001 agree to pay @chargers2417 for the initial rental (between $40,000-50,000) within 24 hours on contract approval to extend the current rental to 10 weeks on the shop
• I @Mission001 agree to always pay in sums of 5 week rentals after 5 weeks have elapsed on the starting 10 week rental to keep 10 weeks rental on the shop.
• I @Mission001 agree to give ownership of Station65 back to @chargers2417 when a contract is created (by @Mission001 or @chargers2417) to transfer it back into @chargers2417 name. Which then I will file a Spawn Shop Transfer within 24 hours of that contract being approved.
• In the event of if @Mission001 gets banned during or feels the need to vacate his temporary ownership, a Forum Contract will be made transferring ownership of Station65 to @Ladyvamptress , the following terms above would still apply to @Ladyvamptress

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @chargers2417 agrees to Transfer Ownership of Station65 over to @Mission001 within 2 weeks of this contract being approved.
• @chargers2417 agrees to use the money given to him from @Mission001 to add the maximum number of weeks to the rental (To make it 10 weeks) @chargers2417 agrees to use this money to file a Spawn Shop Rental within 2 weeks of this contract being approved.
• @chargers2417 can repossess Station65 at any time as long as @chargers2417 or @Mission001 creates a contract transferring Station65 back into @chargers2417 name. Once this contract is approved, @Mission001 will create a Spawn Shop Transfer within 24 hours of that contract being approved to transfer it back to @chargers2417
• @chargers2417 agrees that in the event of @Mission001 being banned during or feels the need to vacate as temporary tenure as Owner of Station65, Station65 will be transferred to @Ladyvamptress but the terms of him repossessing the Station65 still stand. So he does not need to be in the contract between @Mission001 and @Ladyvamptress in Temporary transfer

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
