[Contract] Star rod sale.

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe transaction of a Star Rod (ID#IP2XZ7J3) for 900k


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I (@Harryhaz1) will give @Rilene a Star rod (picture below) within 24 hours of this contract being approved in exchange for 100k upfront (/pay'd to harryhaz1 within 48 hours of contracts approval) and 4, 200k payments via 4 sign's (labled 1, 2, 3 and 4) located at /warp themint

The rod will be placed in the chest located at /warp the mint (pictured below).

Both @Harryhaz1 and @Rilene May take the rod from said chest and use it throughout the duration of the payment period. It must be returned before logging off.

Upon full repayment I (@Harryhaz1) Will /own the tool to @Rilene within 48 hours, at which they will have complete ownership of the tool and do what they wish.




I (@Harryhaz1 ) may file a complaint if the full amount (900k) hasn't been paid by Midnight EST 20th August 2016.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Rilene will pay @Harryhaz1 900k ECD, 100k upfront via /pay within 48 hours of contract approval. and 800k via 4 payments of $200,000 ECD into the 4 signs located at /warp themint.

Sign 1's payment is due 30th of July midnight EST
Sign 2's payment is due 6th of August midnight EST
Sign 3's payment is due 13th of August midnight EST
Sign 4's payment is due 20th of August midnight EST

Failue to pay any of these will result in a 20k fee added to the debt - a sign to repay the overdue fee is located above each sign. this overdue fee is due the date of the next repayment.

@Rilene will recieve the star rod owned by @Harryhaz1 within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.

@Rilene If failing to pay a sign on time, will owe 20k, to be repayed before the next deadline above the breached dates sign.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
