The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The current town owner, @Ian__D, must uphold the following terms: By signing this contract, @Ian__D gives me the permission to claim his town of Tvestia from him through the use of my Tycoon town claim. @Ian__D cannot challenge my claiming or interfere with town ownership of the town, Tvestia, at any point in time after the signing and closing of this contract. By signing this contract, @Ian__D will forfeit ownership of Tvestia permanently unless added as a co-mayor at a later date. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
