General Purpose of Contract:
Co-Mayoring of codelandia between @Captain_Death_33 and @Lurxolt

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @Captain_Death_33, will add @Lurxolt to the town of codelandia in legacy within 24 hours of this contract being approved, by doing /rg ao codelandia Lurxolt. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Lurxolt agrees to follow the rules of codelandia as an owner. He also understands that I, @Captain_Death_33, can remove him at any time as long as I give her a three-day notice. He also understands that this contract can be voided by @Captain_Death_33 at any time.

@Lurxolt will not file any LWC Removal Requests as that will stay @Captain_Death_33's job. She also agrees not to loot these unlocked chests as a co-mayor.

@Lurxolt also agrees to not build anywhere in the town without the land owner's permission or @Captain_Death_33's permission.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
