I @Jobin_Whiffer1 agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @Mika8117 with my eff7 pickaxe (ID: #I9AS9KIK)for 1 month and 1 week maximum, depending on how quickly he is able to pay off the amount owed. After a full payment of 1 million ecodollars has been paid, I will revert ownership via /own to @Mika8117, and the pick will be completely his. I, @Jobin_Whiffer1 agree to provide @Mika8117 with the eff7 within 24 hours of the approval of this contract (given that we both are online together at some point) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Mika8117 will agree to pay a 150k downpayment, along with weekly payments amounting to 850k total in the span of 1 month and 1 week after this contract is approved. I myself will keep ownership of the tool (I will have /own), but @Mika8117 will be allowed to use the eff7 during this month and a week to generate revenue towards paying it off. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Jobin_Whiffer1 Please state something about how you will transfer the pickaxe's /own over the @Mika8117 within <some amount of time> after the 850k has been paid. Also, please include when the pickaxe will be given to @Mika8117 after the contract has been approved, for ex: "I, <ign> agree to give the pickaxe to <ign> within 24 hours of contract approval". This should go under your terms. @Mika8117 will have to reagree after the contract has been edited.
