@Tullypup12, I'm a lil uneasy having the timeline for you to pay him and for @ak645 to apply for resident overlapping like that. It'd be best for the timeline to play off each other, like stepping stones. For example, you will pay him $15k within 24 hours of the contract's approval and @ak645 will apply for resident within 24 hours of receiving the $15k. See what I mean? for this too... Better to say "within 24 hours of receiving the $85,000 ecd"
