National Bank of Langley and Rockscar, Loans and Investments

This is the official thread for the National Bank of Langley and Rockscar, ECC's only risk-free bank.

Some questions;
Q: What do you mean by risk-free?
A: You will never lose any money that has been invested in our bank.
Q: Didn't @Obblebobble create a bank that claimed to be risk-free?
A: He did.
Q: Prove that this isn't a scam, then.
A: Firstly, our records are publicly available on this forum thread. Secondly, our Emergency Fund (which covers all losses for the bank) is more than enough for the bank to pay scammed members their losses. Finally, there would be no need for me to scam the bank, given that the staff would trace me down and ban me.
