Vegocoke Suggestions: Town to town warp signs Town to Warp build signs I think to have the convenience in one's hands will be great. It would be another way to show one has wealth and to take it out of the economy. If one of these were to be implemented I would really love to see the town->town warps like that of town to town portals. Also it would be different and space saving when you want to have a "portal room" but have limited space and would mind the trade off to get warps instead of portals
I'd love to see the town to town warp sign, that'd be awesome, as for the town to wild I do not think it will be worth the effort on Andrew's part as build warps are reset very often.
Having a /warp sign instead of a portal? I really see no issue, except Andrew will have to add a new section to town portals... But a Town to mining build warp probably won't happen. 1. There's 30 warps, if we charge 5k a piece it'll be useless, far too much work for andrew, yet if we charge 50k a piece, it's useless to only have 1 build warp in your town when there's 30 at spawn. 2. Andrew would have to reset every single warp sign in the entire mainworld anyone bought when the mining world resets. Far far too much work.
Actually, I like the build warp signs much better than the town ones. The build warp signs would be sort of like the Nether Portal, Mining Portal, and Aether portals you can buy. It'd probably be uber expensive, but it could be fun to be able to add the signs to your town. Revanrose6
Revan, think this through. 20 people buy build sign 5 Mining world resets. Andrew resets build sign 5 at spawn. Andrew has to reset all other 20 signs in random towns in random locations to go to the same area.
No no, the build signs don't get reset. They always go to the exact same cords in the mining world. As far as I know andrew never touches the signs. I say this because the locks on those signs have never changed at spawn. Those signs don't alter because they are suppose to always tp you to the same cords in the mining world.
Ah, that does make sense now that I think of it. He regenerates the world. He doesn't delete the first one and make a second one. He jut regenerates it With that in mind...it's not a bad idea. Although, if there was ever a problem with build signs or the mining world in the future, there would be hundreds of signs to fix/reset...
