Hello! My name is Adam, and I am offering services for dead/dying towns. LWC removals and evictions can become both tedious and overwhelming in larger dead-towns, but its a necessary evil to restore the towns to their former glory. So I am offering my services regarding the matter! I will, for a cheap rate discussed in game on a case-by-case basis, temporarily join the town to evict all players who are inactive, and file all needed LWC requests. Because this does require a owner-status within the town, and that can pose obvious concerns for you, I am fully willing to enter into a forum-contract stating that my role within said town is purely to preform eviction services listed here. Also, if requested, I can remove all structures in the area and/or tidy up the lwc items to create a re-sellable prebuilt home. Please post here or contact me in game if you request my services, no job to big or to small! To do evictions/LWC claims, I will need to remain the towns co-mayor until the proceedings are finished, for evictions that would be the 3 days, for LWC claims that would be until the locks are broken. If you remove me early, the moderators can and will not unlock anything and can invalidate any eviction I do. Please keep this in mind.
Thank you! Rates are pretty low, currently $250 per LWC request I have to file. Evictions/Inactive checks are case by case, but a standard semi-active town will be under $1,000 easily.
