So this is it - the thread for the Piville nation which is a single town consisting of many. (At least that is the plan; 3 districts claimed so far) The districts of the main town will be the London District ("PivilleLondon"), the Berlin District ("PivilleBerlin"), the Roman District ("PivilleRome") and the Parisian District ("PivilleParis"). C - The Piville Plaza The centre of the 400x400 Piville Town. D - Piville Underground (Currently under heavy redesign, disappeared for now) -Skyscraper floor layout- PivilleBerlin will - when finished - contain 23 skyscrapers with multiple floors. You may apply for a floor, multiple ones or even a whole skyscraper. If multiple floors or even a whole building is rented it may be used as a local branch of a company you are running (As an example, skyscraper 4 is completely used for PiIndustries). Each floor costs a set price per week since the floors may only be rented. -$- Investing into Piville -$- If you want to rent a whole skyscraper, you are allowed to sublease floors to other players. This will include a fixed fee of 175$ per floor and week and a 25% profit share. Contact me ingame or send me a mail for details. Spoiler: The rules of the Berlin district §1 There has to be absolutely no grief. Users caught griefing will be evicted from the town without notice. However, this does not apply to unlocked chests which are fair game as the server rules state. §2 The weekly rent has to be paid to the corresponding signs in the lobby of your skyscraper. §3 If the rental expires you have three days to either clear your floor of everything you placed there or you can expand the rental in the given timeframe. All your LWC's need to be removed aswell. §4 LWC'ing things that do not belong to you (Other people's chests, signs and other things) will earn you a warning the first time and a fine of 50$ for every lock placed after the warning. Aswell, they need to be removed if you are asked to do so by the owner or a co-owner of the town. Not paying the fine may result in a eviction with a timeframe of 3 days to take your items from your chests. After the 3 days have passed without removing your items and locks, a LWC removal request will be filed. §5 You are allowed to decorate the inside of your floor(s) as you wish. However, you are not allowed to change anything at the walls or the floor. Not following this rule will count as grief and will be handled as such. If you plan to change anything about the exterior of your skyscraper, please contact @314 and ask for permission. §6 In the case a town chat might be enabled in the future, please follow all server chat rules. This applies to local chat within the town too. §7 All normal server rules are in effect. Being banned will give you 14 days grace period. If this time passes without having an open appeal/tempban, you will be removed from the town. §8 After not logging onto the server for four weeks, you will be removed from the town.
