If it helps with pricing at all I buy any Legacy statue for 400k. Rising I pay anything from 500k to 650k.

If the spawn changes the spawn statues won't move, if you noticed the spawn statues stayed, as they are never moved, same with the walls.
No, I know that, but if you read the rules, once spawn has a major change (which usually takes place every 2-3 years), then all owners will lose their statues and get paid back in the equivalent ECD/USD they paid and the statues will get resold again in the buycraft store.
