If I lose/break/misplace the rod, I will owe her 700k within a month. The rental will start around 10 PM and will go until around 1 AM central time. She will give me the rod as soon as the contract is signed The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Chundi_Jr will let me rent her star rod for 3 hours in return for me paying her 20k ecds. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hey guys! Can you confirm and agree on when the three hours will start/end? (i.e. 3 hours from when contract is signed, from 11pm to 2am, etc.) I ask just to keep it clear! (@Chundi_Jr will have to resign)
Also, make sure that you say something about her giving you the rod as soon as the contract is signed, or as soon as you pay her, so a loophole can be prevented!
