It was. But recently, there has been a change within administration and the way they handle IPO medal applications. If you look back at fordboy's app, it was denied for the same reason: an IPO was bought at an impossible price. It's also being done as a way to not abuse the trader. The developer is working on a patch, but until then, IPOs that are caught being bought at their "initial" prices will continued to be rolled back.
