An update: Maldonia has been sold to @Conorx for 17.5k. The embassy in Sunset City was sold due to @a_man21 trying to use the embassy's status to dominate the policy of Scarborough, by forcing us to agree with the policy of Sunset Valley by threatening eviction on the embassy. The apartments have been built, and some apartments have been sold. Forests have been cleared.
That's not entirely true. You effectively blackmailed another player by requiring that he pay 200k to you or he would be banished from your towns and the towns of your allies (and by extention my towns, since we had an alliance at the time). I asked that you not enforce the fee, which was over a petty issue, and you refused, so I ended the alliance. I never tried to dominate your nation's policy, I just asked that you not enforce a ridiculous fine set on another player over a minor problem.
The "petty issue" was where the player tried to bribe @soyuzpixel to join his nation. The 200k fine and town ban are all stated in the town law code active then and now.
i was never bribed to join his nation! it was a free choice which i made. mir is epicure and will always be epicure
There was no bribe. If I remember correctly, the player jokingly asked them to join their SG team (not even a serious team), not their nation. No payment or offer of payment was involved. This was just a misunderstanding that you immensely overreacted to. I'm done talking with you here. If you want to discuss this further then please forum pm me or talk to me in game. I would also appreciate it if you would not spread inaccurate information about my nation and my friends, thanks.
This was about the twerk team fiasco, not the epicure thing. In the epicure takeover, Mir had a fair vote on joining epicure, which it voted no to by a 4-2 vote.
Just an update: Made a couple of edits to the first post. @Hackney_Builder and @soyuzpixel were elected to the town senate. We will put the laws of the nation on here.

An update: We have withdrawn from Mir, it is now part of Epicure. Edit: Mir is now part of Scarborough, following the mistreatment and mass evictions by Epicure. A new town has been added, Whitby. Development will start shortly.
Just to update, a tramway in the local area is in the works. It will definitely be set up in Scarborough and Whitby, and possibly Epicure's province of Mir (not got any response from them yet)
