Why are you attempting to claim this town:

My metropolis, Awesometopia has run out of space and would like annex the land to continue it's growth of skyscrapers downtown and beyond.

To build skyscrapers and continue my city.​

Ingame Trevalynfar has been offline for over 6 months.
On the forums his activity has been even more dated then that.

I also see Trevalynfar has 4 towns in total so if he does ever return one day, I will not have taken his only town.

Adding a bit more:
There are only 4 existing town members. 3 that don't show under /seen and 1 that's been offline for over 2 months. I wont be removing anybody from town. If they come back I will find them a plot if their plot was removed or built over.

I don't plan to remove much that has been built, just minor or incomplete structures. Should anybody who owned a building return, they can have possession of that plot it sits on back as long as it has not been resold. If that happens to of happened, I will happily compensate them appropriately for their losses.
