Accused Username: albizComplaint: I played lotto for $50k for her. Her deal was that I keep 75k if we win lotto, if we lose, she'll give me 45k. We lost lotto. Today she was claiming that she was drunk last night and "forgot" our deal. She said let's sg and I'll pay you back, and to be nice, she'll pay me 60k instead of 45k. Now, she's refusing to pay and is in denial when she agreed to pay me 45k yesterday and 60k today. Sorry, the screenshots are out of order. Even though I didn't screenshot it yesterday, it's quite obvious through today's conversation that she owes me. I've never scammed anyone in my entire time on ECC, nor do I plan too. Yes lotto isn’t enforced, HOWEVER, she agreed to pay 60k via sg games TODAY! Please take that into consideration.Evidence: Additional Information: Screenshots out of order.
Thank you for filing this complaint @PvPMaster911! Unfortunately after careful review of the evidence, the staff have determined that @albiz is not legally required to pay the money back. Lotto teams are unenforceable by the rules, and as the entire agreement in question is based upon a lotto team and not an actual loan, I will have to dismiss this complaint.
