Accused Username: @block_crusherComplaint: Scamming as a result of not upholding the following contract terms: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.186322/Evidence: I have not received any payment outlined in the contract except for the initial upfront payment. The following payments are overdue: 650k by Saturday, July 20, 2019 9:59 AM EST is almost 10 days late. 450k by Saturday, July 27, 2019 9:59 AM EST is also late.Additional Information: I have tried to accommodate the payment issues by giving block over a week of extra time to make the first payment. However, no progress has been made towards the payment plan. I am willing to extend the remaining payments by 2 weeks if the first payment is paid to give him a realistic timeframe to make the remaining payments, solely on the condition that he repays the first 650k payment now. Edit: For the record, I've completed my end of this deal and have can provide evidence as needed.
Thank you for filing this complaint. We will hopefully be able to reach a compromise. @block_crusher, you have 24 hours to provide evidence that you have submitted the first two payments from the payment plan. Thread left open for 24 hours, pending response.
Hi Gernen, I haven't been able to make these loan payments yet but I am working as hard as I can to get the funds for @3point as soon as possible.
@3point, what kind of extension would you be willing to consider an extension for @block_crusher's outstanding payments? Would you be willing to provide one if the 650k is not paid? @block_crusher, are you able to make the 650k payment?
@block_crusher As a witness to 3point's trauma while slaving over shulkers for 12 hours a day for an entire week I am absolutely disgusted with this behavior. This agreement should have never been taken, especially considering the several million in other debts you currently owe. It deeply upsets me that you knowingly agreed to something that you knew would take massive amounts of effort from the other party when you knew you wouldn't keep your end of the bargain. As 3point's friend, comrade, and brother-in-law, I will make sure he gets every last cent he deserves. tl;dr No you ain't getting no motherfucking extension on that loan bitch don't play with me and 3point, get the fuck out my face with that bullshit you owe 9mil you scamma.
No, and here's why. I have given block at least 3 opportunities already to make any sort of payment or progress in the past 10 days, and I have gotten nothing but excuses and false promises. He is an ex-ecolegend with 4 prestiges, I know he is more than capable of making money if he spent any amount of time playing. Either he is taking advantage of the fact that I keep giving him extension after extension, or he does not have time to play. But maybe then you shouldn't have gotten almost 10mil into debt. If he can't pay the first 650k with all the extensions I've given him, I don't believe for a second that he'll be paying any of the remaining payments. I think it would be best for block to take this time off to focus on his real life commitments and appeal when he is willing to make the effort to pay me back. tl;dr what geo said
No. I owe @_Royal_Vulpes_ first. Then I am able to pay 3point. I have no problem paying the owed amount just need time to make the money lol.
As things stand, the facts of the complaint are the following according to the contract and evidence provided: @block_crusher missed a $650,000.00 ECD payment to @3point on the 20th of July 2019. @block_crusher missed a $450,000.00 ECD payment to @3point on the 20th of July 2019. Based on the above, @block_crusher is in breach of the terms laid down in the contract. @3point stated that he is only willing to discuss an extension if the first missed payment of $650,000.00 ECD is made immediately. @block_crusher is currently unable to make such a payment by his own admission. As @block_crusher is in breach of contract and no compromise has been reached, @block_crusher has been banned for Scamming @3point as per the terms of the contract (https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.186322/).
