(s)he has currently been banned for greifing which I understand is unrelated to this incident. I am mainly filing the complaint as if the accused ever appeals and is unbanned i'd like to receive my money.

@HeliosCattles thank you for replying. It seems you were banned for grief in solarsector9. Are you willing to work out a deal with @ScottSmithScott1 to repay him the 50,000 ECD?
Since it has been over 24 hours since @HeliosCattles's last reply, it seems to me like he is not willing to negotiate with @ScottSmithScott1.
