Minecraft Username: DeMacca Felon Username: @Jrg5978 Complaint: He asked me for 360,000 stacks - around 101 double chests of dirt. I agreed - I got him his dirt and now he is saying he bought it from someone else - and doesn't want to purchase mine Evidence: This is what I have http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/the-backbreaker-company.122465/page-2#post-657284. He asks the Back Breaker company for the job - they deny - I take it up for 75k (I am the other person who can take the job) And I also have our forum conversation. This is my strongest piece of evidence... Can the mod who handles this ask me to be added? Please don't deny this until you read our conversation Additional Information: Look, there is no way I am losing this agreement with out a fight. I will fight tooth and nail to get my payment. It was mentally exhausting to get this much dirt. I am almost shaking right now. I spent so many hours on that dirt - it is ridiculous. I need this money, please! Also - while my evidence isn't rock solid - it falls under the common sense rule. You can see that clearly we did have this agreement.
@DeMacca, thank you for filing this report. First of all, I would like to know if you have any screenshots of this In-Game? If so, please post them here. I would also appreciate being added to this conversation. @Jrg5978 - Can you explain your side of the story here? Please respond ASAP.
We never made any agreement ingame or via a contract on the forums. I purchased from another user because they offered me a better deal.
@WeirdBuilder - You have been added. Jrg - I don't know what you are trying to pull, I mean - when we chatted in-game you seemed so polite and friendly. There is absolutely no way I would do over 10 or so hours of work mindlessly gathering dirt for no reason. As I said before - common sense.
@DeMacca - From the forum conversation, I see no evidence of an agreement. Do you have any screenshots regarding this transaction, or relating to the sale of your dirt?
Is it not clear we had an agreement? He acknowledges that I was doing that job. When I ask him for a pay rise (for doing that job) He says no. How is this not common-sense? I did not idle for 10 hours mindlessly collecting exactly 360,000 dirt 101.2666666 double chests of dirt.
I do acknowledge that it would seem as though some form of agreement was decided on, but it's not in the conversation. As you have no hard evidence of any transactions or of an agreement, I simply can't enforce anything. Since this is the case, I'll be closing this complaint for a lack of evidence. I apologize that this is the outcome, but I can't really do anything. In the future, I suggest you use this as a guide to collecting evidence. If you have any questions regarding the decision of this complaint, please feel free to contact me. Complaint Dismissed -- Locked
