So in the original complaint it was agreed that @Magiix must pay a minimum of 75k/week. During the first week, he did well and paid off 150k (first 2 weeks worth). However since then, I have yet to receive any other payments. It has now been over a month with a total of 5, coming on 6, missed payments and I no longer wish to wait. Sorry.​

I did not want it to come to this. I've been trying to give you the benefit of the doubt and I waited over a month. I have the sign setup to 25k pay increments. During these past 5-6 weeks, I havent seen a single payment. I've been mailing @Magiix asking him what was wrong. He would reply that he simply does not have the time as he is dealing with very important stuff irl. I understand that this is a crucial time and so I waited, HOWEVER, I told him that I did wish to see at least a single 25k payment just to know that he is still paying this debt. Not even the full 75k that was agreed on per week. Just 25k.

Over this time, I have not seen a SINGLE payment. He says that he only has time to play like 15 minutes per day. The problem is that if you do the math, even if you play less than 15 minutes per day, you should EASILY be able to make at least a mere 25k in a over a month's time-span. This never happened. I would have been willing to continue to wait if I saw even a single 25k payment however it never happened and so that tells me that he has been using his slim ingame time elsewhere. There was even a different complaint where I saw that at 1 point, he DID have over 25k but chose to bet it on sportsbook. You guessed it.... history repeated itself and he lost all the money.

Once again I am truly sorry @Magiix and I do understand that you have priorities irl. Maybe this will actually be a good thing so you can now completely focus on that. But when I wait over a month and fail to see even a mere 25k installment paid, it tells me that you're doing everything BUT trying to pay off my debt when you are online. That is the sole reason for this. Anyway, knowing the appeal process, I don't doubt that Ill see you back on ecc one day. For now, good luck on school man.​

 

I am sorry @Magiix but I no longer believe your bullshit. Now all of a sudden that a complaint is up I will start seeing payments? I gave you 5+ weeks to give me a mere 25k and I think that was more than generous. It seems that the only way to get you to do anything is to keep writing complaints and I am simply not about that game. You had your chance.

The problem is that we initially made a deal. You did not uphold/honor this deal and therefore I am not satisfied.

I am not willing to wait another entire month. If I was, then this complaint would not have gone up.

Nah man don't even sweat it. A month has passed and you clearly don't have the time so what's the use of trying now? Tbh I'd recommend accepting this, getting your irl shit straight, then just appeal whenever you have time.

I am not sure what this "agreement" between you and @JamieSinn was but if this is true, then I guess he can comment on this and handle it?

If it is my choice however, it is a ban.

Thats not how it works dude. You don't just not pay a single penny for an entire month, wait until a complaint is filed which threatens your existence on ecc once again, and then decide to start paying. I waited long enough. My ingame mails to you should have clearly indicated that my patience was running out. Once again, if I wanted to wait an entire month more, then I wouldnt have created this complaint.

Last time I checked, waiting 5+ weeks and lowering the amount to a mere 25k (when its 75k/week x 5 missed weeks so 375k. 375k vs. 25k) during this entire timespan is more than just cooperating. This is called giving you a lifeline. You decided not to take it. Not my problem so dont come at me with the "not willing to cooperate" bullshit.

As stated in our very original complaint where the original debt agreement was made, my ingame activity has nothing to do with my need for money. Even so however, I've been active enough to see that you havent been paying anything. So now you're pulling facts from my bio? Let me change it real quick to "most active ecc player" and then itll make this argument invalid.

Anyway, it seems that @Capbo_, @lambielove, and now @Aqua_Luna3 (via private convo) seem to be willing to help you out. Why they feel any sympathy for you at this point beats me but if they can throw some $ then we can talk. @Magiix currently is 375k behind his debt with another 75k due in 3 days (would make it 450k total behind). @lambielove has offered 1-2 weeks payment (75-150k). I have absolutely 0 clue as to why I am yet again, willing to cooperate with you here @Magiix even with all your smartass comments. My offer is that if @lambielove or shit... anybody else can make a minimum of 75k payment by this Saturday, then I will extend this by 1 week. Every 75k I receive via debt sign at /warp thebathroom will result in an additional 1 week extension starting this Saturday. I don't care who pays it or what deals you guys workout with each other. I just want MY money. That is my 1 offer. However, if there is a SINGLE extra week that is late after this offer, then another complaint will go up regardless of the excuse and a ban will ensue. No more deals after this one. Take it or get banned.

 

Id like to add @Magiix that yes while i set the minimum to 75k/week (starting this Saturday) again, you are now getting help by at least 3 people so I do expect maybe a few extra payments every now and then to help make up for it. My offer still stands so just awaiting a response

 

Sure. Id like to add though that my only concern is getting my money. At this point I dont care who its from. Whatever deal you guys make is between yourselves. Just so I understand this correctly, I will be paid 75k/week for the following upcoming payments with their corresponding due dates:

$75,000 ECD due 3/24/2018
$75,000 ECD due 3/31/2018
$75,000 ECD due 4/7/2018
$75,000 ECD due 4/14/2018
$75,000 ECD due 4/21/2018
$75,000 ECD due 4/28/2018
$75,000 ECD due 5/5/2018
$75,000 ECD due 5/12/2018

I will change my sign located at /warp thebathroom to 5k (previously 25k)(EDIT: already changed) increments so that you guys can split it however you want. But it will all be paid to the same sign. So every Saturday, starting 3/24/18, I want to see a minimum of $75,000 in the sign.

I will also be paid a total of $375,000 by April 1st, 2018 by @Aqua_Luna3 which will make up for @Magiix's following missed payments:

$75,000 ECD due 2/17/2018
$75,000 ECD due 2/24/2018
$75,000 ECD due 3/3/2018
$75,000 ECD due 3/10/2018
$75,000 ECD due 3/17/2018

@Aqua_Luna3 if you have forum premium you can just send it to me via forums. If not, then just pm me and we can choose a good time to meet ingame.

Is this all correct? I would like to note that if a single payment payment is late, then a complaint will be immediately filed regardless of the excuse and a ban will ensue. I understand that @Capbo_ and @lambielove are helping with this debt but if they fail to carry out their end of the bargain then you must make up for it. You went from April 1st to May 12th thats almost a 6 week difference?

I know you are not taking it on. Nothing about my response says that you are. The only thing you are directly involved with is the $375,000 since that is coming directly from you and not @Magiix.

Ok here lets make it real simple.

The following weekly minimum payments are due as followed:

$75,000 ECD due 3/24/2018
$75,000 ECD due 3/31/2018
$75,000 ECD due 4/7/2018
$75,000 ECD due 4/14/2018
$75,000 ECD due 4/21/2018
$75,000 ECD due 4/28/2018
$75,000 ECD due 5/5/2018
$450,000 ECD due 5/12/2018

I dont care who pays for it or how they afford it. I just want it in my sign which I have modified once again. You are free to make higher weekly payments if you'd like, these are simply the absolute minimum I am willing to accept. Please note that the last payment on 5/12/18 is $450,000. This is simply because by the end of 5/12/18 I want to have ALL my money paid for and collected. If you want to pay it early then please be my guest. @Aqua_Luna3, @lambielove, and @Capbo_ you guys work out however your gonna help @Magiix among yourselves please however this agreement is strictly between @Magiix and myself. This way, the only people who are legally tied are @Magiix and I so nobody else can get harmed by this.
