if it's in his inventory I don't think they can retrieve it unless he comes online, which won't be happening anytime soon
Thanks for filing this complaint @matt8865 Unfortunately if he was banned with the sword in his inventory there's no way to retrieve it. If you send a forum pm with the item ID to the Server Admin team (ClarinetPhoenix/Imaginex) they will be able to tell you if it is in fact in his inventory. If @mastermitten ever successfully appeals he will be required to pay the $1,100,000 to you for a new sword. Locked
