Thank you for reporting this however this is not really breaking rules, it is more of a nuisance. It is not an appeal so I'm not going to warn for it.
However, @matrix_rep the team who handles hacking complaints will handle them when they are free, the videos must be processed and a decision made before it is handled, we don't want to ban innocent users. Bumping it in the shoutbox does nothing, it won't make it gt handled quicker, the team can see it is there.
