VMR Booklet Medal Apps are currently on hold. Just gonna lock and it may be some time before we are able to process them again and I don't want this to sit open. In regards of the previous app approved, I was unaware of a booklet issue and was just informed last week. We may have to review the approval of that app when it comes to it. Anyway.
