I agree, there are those of us with bad connections, and rain just makes lag unbearable. If I had a better computer it wouldn't be a problem, but sadly I'm lame. Enable for those of us who can't stand lag! Also, is it a recurring charge, or permanent?
If it changes weather server-wide, imagine all the chaos and lag spikes people will create with that by fighting for it on or off... Though, if it could be for region-only (meaning if the sign is placed in a region, it only changes that region's weather) I would support it.
I really wanted my region to be sunny and not rain all the time, so i could do pixel art. i would really support making weather signs in regions.
