Hi, @block_crusher and @washingtonc, there are a few comment that I need to make regarding this contract. Firstly, anywhere either user is mentioned, even in first person please tag the user (for example it should read: "I, @block_crusher,..."). Secondly, please establish a date where the initial 400k is to be paid. Please edit the contract, and I will need @washingtonc to agree again properly.
