RISING TOWN DIRECTORY This is a composite list of all the towns within the "Rising" main world. Hopefully it can be a useful tool for players who need to find the original town application or check owners of a specific town. Additionally there is the "Rising Map" link below the directory, check it out if you have a chance. http://tinyurl.com/risingtowndirectory Rising Map ======================================================================================================== The format for displaying the towns is: Date of Accepted Application/Town Name/Official Owner/Owners/Warp/Coordinates (from /rg i)/Link (to original application). "Date (of Accepted Application)" refers to the date at which a GameAdmin+ accepted the application and the town was created, not the date when the application was filed. The "Official Owner" is the technical owner of the town - it does not always mean the original owner, the player who filed the application. For example the town may have been bought from another user, making the buyer the official owner. Remember to use the CTRL+F (PC) or CMD+F (MAC) and type in the search bar to find towns. ======================================================================================================== Total # of Towns: 1043 % of Map Occupied: 4.64% ======================================================================================================== Some of the towns were harder to determine the Official Owner than others so I'll need the help of the community to figure it out. If you see your town having anything missing or perhaps some typos, feel free to post suggestions in response to this thread.
I doubt you did this manually - if you did, holy crap did you do it manually or did you use a script?
Not yet, planning on doing this eventually. Manually. Could you tell me the town names and possibly link the town auctions if possible? I went by the Mayor/President/Additional Town Applications. I do remember in the Presidents+ section there was a mass area with spawn towns that were posted by Nicit6 which can be seen here. Is this what you're talking about?
Yes those are there, theyre the original towns of rising as they were called before rising was released... aka i was surprised that they werent the earliest on the boards.
I think they weren't applied for (or I just couldn't find them) and Nicit6 posted an "original town application" for each of the spawn towns at a later date. I'm assuming that's when the spawn town auction ended.
The spawn town auctions ended in December 2013 - for quite some time the original auction threads posted by andrew worked as the apps. However as they were created by andrew they ended up deleted any I made the threads to function as applications.
