That would be awful. Imagine ruined citys, grief evrywhere. Everyone would always die. Causing people to leave aem survival.
Money resets. Mcmmo points reset. Ranks stay. You don't get to take your builds or get free materials to build them again.
So inventorys will reset to? As well as echest? Oh. Will you guys be adding commands to certain ranks?
Since I guss its not odvious, the whole point of a reset is to, well, RESET. Everything gets removed except for things you have bought with real money. You might get money, Mcmmo tokens, and the diamonds that you would usually get from buying your rank. I also really like a few of Voyager brother ideas here, expecially the one about the End. Not to steal ideas from other servers, but I once played on a server where the main End island could not be built on, it was to remain untouched, but everywhere outside of the island was free to be built on. Another thing we could do is just have TWO islands, copy and past next to each other, one with no PvP, and one with PvP. This way end bases can still be built, while we don't lose our beloved PvP Arena ( or just make a real arena, and have the End for building ) One more idea I recently had for the reset was to add a new shop, one where you cant sell anything, but instead buy things. So if you need something really specific, like a slimeball, you cam get it. Even know it has probably already been mentioned, maybe even by me, but a Land Protection plugin would be awesome. Yes. Another idea i had came to me while reading pottsa19's post about having a shop where if u need someyhing, you can buy it. And there could also be a shop where you cann sell things. Like the average diamond is $15-$20. But you can sell it to the sell shop for $5-$10. If anyone gets the idea. I am looking forward to a reset.
I have more ideas. Again. Where the server has Special Events. Like I had my Christmas Special Day. That day was awesome. But I am looking forward to hosting more events. If Aem considers this idea, I would like to be the Co-President of the Special Event Operations. Or even President. If any ops remember, they must have thought that Christmas Special Day was amazing. This would hopefully bring more players, and tjis would be a great introduction to introducing new players. Like every month, we can have an Aem Server Party. Giveaways and more!
The problem with this, and why I didn't say so, is because someone, somewhere, would abuse it. If it is anything farm-able someone will overly farm it, and make a TON of money, like the story why they don't have Iron Golem farms. And I already know how to semi-automatically get diamonds.
And I think people should get the ingame rewards for donating if there is a reset. Like the people who already have
well, I would love to see the /disguise command re integrated, since I'm elite rank I feel like I am missing out a small amount. also, if we could buy powertools off mods that would be good fun! (elite>) I do not support a reset.
I don't exactly support a reset either. I made a really cool treehouse and it took me foooreeever to build and I don't want to restart it. But I would support it if building could be backed up at least so maybe players don't have to rebuild everything. But I do want to /d mob and /d player up again cause I think its fun dressing up as mobs XD but eh. I don't full support a reset.
I also support the idea of a reset. Many loved people have left over the towny glitch, and I personally would love to see this get fixed. I must admit, it would be sad to see my humble abode vanish, but there always be better, more beautiful builds. We should all embrace the future, whether it be good, or bad. Also, the fact that Survival's economy is slightly inflated with the overpopulation of diamonds and iron, I feel this reset would give justice to the value of these items and other rarities. On the fact of builds, I'm sure we will see some sad faces if the world is indeed reset, but we can get an important lesson out of this: that nothing lasts forever. There is always room for improvement, and the best way to improve is to start from scratch. Maybe you could finally build that awesome pyramid you've always wanted to. Or perhaps create a small cozy town. This is the beauty of Minecraft: there is always something new to do. I accept the idea of a reset with an open mind, and I think all of you should too.
The problem with this would be the abusing of power if one were able to buy a powertool. For example, if one could gain access to "hsphere" then they could use this against other players by trapping them in a sphere as a joke.
I support a reset. I just forgot to say. If you check out /warp voyagerbrothers, you see that nothing is organized. Well some stuff is. That is only because i kept adding stuff to my town. I want to organize my town. So thats why i support a reset. I also think, a reset would reduce lag on the server. Allowing 1.8 to be fully implemented.
