Ummm.... First, this is a Clientside thing, so nothing done on the server could change this. Second, why would you really want to listen to Minecraft music anyway? Personally, it drives me crazy. If you REALLY want to listen to Minecraft music, use Youtube.

That is true. But it's also true that it's completely clientside, like clouds. Nothing ECC admins could do would change this.
No clue, but it could easily be a Mojang bug. Are you sure it isn't playing at all? There shouldn't any reason for the ECC server to cause this. Uh, what?

If it's 1.7.10, that's probably your reason why. The server AFAIK is 1.8. Someone with more detailed knowledge into the server can probably confirm this, but this was my initial guess.
Here: Anytime I play on any minecraft server other than ECC,I hear The music added in 1.7.2. I don't play on a 1.7.2 client. I don't know why this happens, when I had my last computer that had the 1.8 ECC update, The music never played either. It doesn't play on my friend's pc either. Can anyone pay attention to what music comes on, and tell me if music added in 1.7.2 plays? It has never played at all. even in 1.7 ECC. All I want to know is why this happens.
All the music plays just fine. I'm unsure what you mean by "from 1.7.2", but I'm assuming you mean the newly added music, which is the majority of all the music. and that plays just fine for me.
This report shows that you were using a modded client. It may be causing issues with the music. http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/warp-sign-glitch.138717/ I would see if the issue persists on an unmodded client.
Since I used the 1.8 or higher, I rarely use the 1.7.10 or below. Although, 1.7.10 music works for me in ECC and everything will be fine as well as the gaming environment. Sounds like your 1.7.10 has the bug which comes to music playing in-game.
