    TL;DR: There is continuous work being done on the updated Spigot, which is the biggest in the history of that project. ETA of the updated version is late November to early December.

    Also, there was a nice thank you to @andrewkm in the final lines of the update. Very nice of them to put this out there.
    Edit: Just as a note, it is important to remember that this does not mean we will see ECC update immediately after the Spigot update. However, this would be the main portion of the necessary revisions to EcoCityCraft.
