Maybe the reward could be doubled or something so that you get rewarded more on your skill.

Also I have another idea...
Maybe we have a separate arena with no-kits, with a higher reward.

Maybe we could have 1 day a month where kits are off.

 

Good idea, +1. This will make sure skill is involved in SG once in a while without kits, and gives everyone a fair chance of winning.

 

Yes, It gives more power to the players that do not have kits and makes it more fair to them.

 

I have buffer++, make it quick++, spy++, complete control++, and perfect fit++ and I approve of this change/addition.

 

Could you guys just make it where 4 out of the 8 arenas don't allow kits. I think would be great for non-kitters because it would give them an opportunity to possibly stay on the server.

 

After playing occasionally with other players (since I own no kits of my own), sometimes the people in the arena agree to the rule "no kits". It's fun and I think adds a little more variety to the typical Survival Games that we know on the server. I love the idea.

Well after a good chat with revonrose6, I can see the logic in this .

 

Very seldom play SG and I am about as bad as they get, but I think this would be great for new players coming on ECC and wanting to have some kind of an even playing field - even if just once in a while. I still however support a non-kit arena if that would ever be possible.

 

It would be a fair thing and would make sense since SG should also be about skill not donation amounts

 

I agree with this as a kit user that they are broken. This will give builders a reason to stay on there server.

 

Omg yes, I look at this as no pvp in the mining world, you want to mine without being killed, well I want to play sg without having to donate to be good. So I would love for this to happen so I actually have an interest in sg and for many others.

 

SG is perfectly fine how it is. Maybe just make it so buffer is a little less op.

 

Since it looks like most people want this I think the prize for winning one of the non kit sg's should be increased as a motivation for players not leaving instead of there being a punishment.

 

If it's random, I totally support it. I think it promotes skill and not just advantages based on the ability to buy a feature or kit. I also vote for more maps in survival games. Not only will it attract more people, but maybe you can increase it to 2/x, x being the new number of maps. A no-kit sg I definitely don't support. So many people have already donated. Abolishing kits all together would upset a lot of people. Randomizing it seems like a no-harm-done situation. Thumbs up for it.

The only way to fix this "kit dilema" is to remove kits totally and give everyone a full refund. I would totally be up for that cause I honestly dont have any use for kits, I only bought them to fight the other kitters.
