I think the best way to spend it would be to give away the Mayor/President rank to Mayors/Residents/Builders who want land to actually do something on the server. So with that being said...

If you're a builder or resident in need of a town to call your own, some square footage to build on so you don't have to live in a 10x10-30x30 premade plot of land or if you're looking for your second town, then this is the thread for you. All you have to do is fill out this application and post it in the comment section. When I see it I'll coordinate with you to validate that you aren't a second, third, fourth+ account of somebody else and once that's all settled we'll pick a time to meet in game so I can transfer the 170k application fee to you (unless a mod wants to middle man this shiz). From there you'll have to fill out the mayor/president application on this website and bobbabooie, you got yourself a town to do whatever you please.

Since you're already Mayor, and additional towns are for president+, I've wired you the $1,080,000 for the president rank. Justifying this due to the lack of interest in residents to get Mayor. Opening up the President rank giveaway.
