Local amenities include: a nearby Warp location. (/warp greenacres) plus Central location for Future warp area Scenic pond Great for Fishing Sugar cane farm a Boat Marina with dry-dock. Conditions: new co-owner is responsible for any damaged caused, including from members they added to the town. Cannot build outside designated 80x80 area without consent of town owner (Me, NinjarakuPwnz) Cannot add any other co-owners without town owner's consent (Again, Me, NinjarakuPwnz) if you go offline longer than 30 days you void the contract and any rights as co-owner to the town.
