Addition of the following spawners from 1.19

- Tadpole
- Frog (possibly)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

More spawners!

Originally, I would state that tadpole wouldn't be good so we don't have people collecting massive frog pets in rising, but then I remembered we have axolotl spawners already, so we already have a spawner that can get mass pets in rising. Tadpole would be cool then

Frog, despite being worthless for grinding, would be good for a tadpole counterpart spawner, but like I said above, it is not the main one of the suggestion​
