Add a way to obtain boosts ingame​

What are you suggesting:

I would like to see a way to get boosts purely through ingame gameplay. Right now the only way to obtain boosts are through spending usd on the shop, or from events/competition prizes and raffles. If we are going to have 5/15 prestiges be based off of using boosts, then a way to obtain them from the server ingame would be good.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

5/15 prestiges only being obtainable through having to spend cash or winning events/competitions isn't very poggers. Add a way to obtain them from the server using ingame currency whether thats nstars, exp, ecd, whatever.​

Other information:

Now I know what your thinking... "But bobby, you can buy boosts or the collector items from other players". This is correct, but where do those other players obtain the boosts/collector items from? The boosts came from spending usd or events/raffle/competitions. These 5 prestiges are *mostly* only obtainable if someone spends usd. That is my point here. All of the original 10 prestiges dont *require* usd, so these shouldn't either. Nothing in the game like this should require usd in order to obtain. Add a way to get them purely through ingame gameplay and this solves the problem.​
