Add Apparel Key Drop for Voting Points​

What are you suggesting:

Add the APparel Key thingy to the /vote shop
The God Drops and STar Drops are in there so maybe add the apparel as well.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Gives the incentive to vote? Another way to get the apparels without paying.​
