Add breeze rods to /kit mobs2​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Probably already on the docket, but making a suggestion just in case. We always try to integrate new mob drops to the mob kits. Breeze rod isn't gamebreaking, esp with how many breeze rods/wind charges one can get easily.​

Other information:

I say add two breeze rods to mobs2. It's the same amount as blaze rods & keeps it as just a taste so one can still venture to get more in trial chambers.​
