add /cnd norev​

What are you suggesting:

adding /cnd norev as a command to condense only the non reversable blocks in your hand​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

we have cnd, cnd hand, cnd all, and cnd allnorev this would bridge the gap incase you have multiple norev items in your inventory but only want to condense one of them.​
