The reason the Creeper and Wither Skeleton heads have no /sell is due to them being Star Machine rares. Skeleton heads generate in ancient cities and are not a Star Machine rare - hence them having a sell price. I think I will keep it this way, I don't think people would enjoy accidently selling some of their star machine rares, especially since one of the lorequests takes them for a quest.
