Add something along the lines of /chop​

What are you suggesting:

if you held a full melon block / full pumpkin block / wheat / any fully grown crop in its full form doing /chop would turn it into its equivalent in seed form.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

people with melon swords and pumpkin axes could quickly chop down a row of crops and then turn it into seed form to plant / expand farms.​
