Addition to Builder Abilities​

What are you suggesting:

i am suggesting that users with "builder" rank get a small amount of extra power when it comes to owning towns. this would mean they get the following extra ability;
*Able to add users to towns that they are an owner of

i would also suggest a few more as in the ability to officially own towns and apply for town warps ect, but i understand those privileges come with in game ranks such as mayor+, and adding these to "builder" would lower the incentive to rank up.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

i think this would be a good addition as it is a harmless addition to the builder rank that just allows for more flexibility as a builder. similar to allowing builders to make their own chest shops.​

feel free to comment your opinion. i know there are arguments for and against this so i guess it would be nice to hear from both sides.​

yeah i agree, wouldnt make sense for them to apply for warps ect anyway because they cant "officially" be an owner of a town, meaning they dont even really have the right to apply for town related applications. unless there is a special circumstance such as owning a spawn town
