What are you suggesting:

Make /magic cooldown with Wizardplus2 5-7 days shorter (23-25 days instead of 30)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Wizardplus2 is basically a $1200 feature without coupons, discounts etc. Having it do nothing but enable users to buy other expensive features (magic refresh) is pretty pointless, I'd add a short cooldown decrease to reward those who spent a lot, and making it a small cooldown change wont affect server heavily, but will make the feature somewhat useful for those who have it / plan to get it​
