Denied [All Main Servers Suggestion] Allow sponsors to toggle their rank.

I’m going to be that sponsor that -1’s this. You can change your rank back to your normal rank if you want, but you can’t change back to sponsor once you do that. I know @S_Bend_To_Blind changed back once he got EcoLegend. You will still keep your forum sponsor rank, but lose your ingame rank.

I believe the only person who can award or “demote” a sponsor is Andrew himself, so it’s kind of justified why he doesn’t want people constantly changing.

 

Personally, if theres a way to do this, I don't see a harm. I don't care either way. If I ever stop being staff I don't like 'EcoLeader' all that much or EcoMaster/EcoLegend enough to swap between them but I can see why other sponsors might care. So +1 if possible for everyone else's sake.

 

Even with every 30 days that’s simply something Andrew doesn’t want to be doing/not really necessary, and I can’t imagine giving even SAs perms to do that without opening up other permissions.

 

Must’ve missed that. I’m mostly indifferent about this, but idk how many sponsors would even want to change back and forth.

 

It might be a nice little perk that maybe only a few of the sponsors would like.
But its something that is relatively cheap so i'm sure Andrew wouldn't mind facilitating this kind of perk to a group of users who have donated and given so much to the server.

With a cooldown like matrix suggested of 30days+, I think with a small fee included, it would be a nice thing to add.
