    Make the town move applications Mayor+​
    Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
    Upon wanting to get president I realized my build plans would work better if my mayor town was moved. I would like to be able to do this before I get my president town. It's expensive enough that not too many people would be buying it.​

    I don't see a need for this.

    You yourself ranked up to President and have filed for a town move already, essentially indicating the point that it wasn't too difficult to rank to President to access the other town applications.
    Mayors only have one town, if they really didn't like the location it would be less costly to rank up to President and buy another town where they want over applying for a town move, and then if they so want can move their mayor town elsewhere at President.
